Beware! The Dona Ferentes è il risultato di una riflessione sul rumore, sia sonoro sia visivo. Il documentario è composto da una collezione di riprese video realizzate nel corso di dieci anni (dal 2008 al 2018) con diverse tipologie di mezzi da ripresa, dai telefoni cellulari agli smartphone, da fotocamere compatte a camcorder miniDV, per poi arrivare al 4k. L’insieme di questa eterogenea raccolta di documenti costituisce un ritratto, quasi cronologico, di Dona Ferentes, performer noise considerato tra i più “puri” della scena musicale underground italiana.

Beware! The Dona Ferentes is the result of a meditation on noise, both musical and visual. The documentary is made up from a collection of video footage made over the course of ten years (from 2008 to 2018) using different kind of camcorders, from cellphones to smartphones, from compact photo cameras to miniDV camcorders, to end with 4K video technologies. The whole of this heterogeneous collection of documents constitutes an almost chronological portrait of Dona Ferentes considered among the purest noisers of the Italian underground music scene.
